To ensure we can provide the best possible experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you take a moment to read and understand our salon terms and conditions before booking.

APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS

A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Your $50 deposit is fully credited towards your treatment and can be used towards your service or products purchased in salon.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.


CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or appointments that are missed without notice, will result in the forfeiture of your $50 deposit.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so the week before your appointment when you receive your pre-confirmation text. This allows us enough time to offer your appointment to another client.
Repeated late cancellations or rescheduling may require a new deposit to secure future appointments.


LATE ARRIVALS

We understand that sometimes things happen. We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced by the amount of time you are late so that we can stay on schedule for our next client.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late and choose to cancel your appointment, your $50 deposit will be forfeited.



CHILDREN IN THE SALON

For the comfort, safety and relaxation of all clients, children are not permitted in the salon.
We appreciate your understanding and ask that you please make alternative arrangements for children prior to your appointment.



CLIENT HEALTH & TREATMENT SUITABILITY

Your safety is our priority. Before your treatment, you may be required to complete a consultation and disclose any relevant medical or skin information that may affect your treatment.

Please advise your therapist of any changes to your health or circumstances, including but not limited to:

* Medications or supplements
* Allergies or sensitivities
* Pregnancy or breastfeeding
* Skin conditions or infections
* Recent illness or medical procedures
* Recent cosmetic or aesthetic treatments
* Recent use of prescription or active skincare
* Any other condition or circumstance that may affect your treatment

It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information during their consultation.
For your safety, SÓMA SKIN reserves the right to modify, postpone or decline a treatment if we believe it is not suitable or safe to proceed on the day.
If you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable for you, please contact us prior to booking so we can discuss your individual circumstances.



PAYMENT OPTIONS

* Afterpay, available to clients with Afterpay Plus

Payment is due at the completion of your treatment.



REFUNDS & SERVICE GUARANTEE

We do not offer refunds on treatments or products.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with a service or feel that your treatment has not achieved the expected result, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where appropriate, we are happy to redo the service to ensure you are satisfied with your result.
Service adjustments or redo treatments are assessed on a case-by-case basis and must be discussed with the salon.
